Architecture of the Ultra-lavish Project
A residents’ lobby, resort-themed swimming pool, kids’ swimming pool, cutting-edge fitness centre, spa, steam, sauna, and treatment rooms, residents’ private theatre, café, shop, and restaurant, kids’ club, and convenience store are just a few of the amenities the project, which is situated on the main Serene Avenue in DHA Phase III, will have.

Those in attendance were Rana Hammoura, Senior Interior Designer at Opaal Interiors, Ghada Yaiche, Design Director at VX Studio, and Hamid Kerayechian, CEO & Founding Partner of Ayana Holding. Aqib Hassan, chief commercial officer of One Homes at One Group, Shaan Abbas, the commercial director of One Homes at One Group, as well as other dignitaries and media figures, also attended the event. Additionally present was founder Zeeshan Shah.

And they were the first thing that drew our eye when we received the project brief. For us as architects, creating a structure in such a distinctive setting was incredibly fascinating.”
