LATEST UPDATES: APNA GHAR SASTA KARZ SCHEME

Update (February 17, 2022): The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has recently revised the markup rates downwards for Tier-1 of the Mera Pakistan Mera Ghar loan financing scheme. This tier of the markup subsidy programme is specifically used to finance the housing units available in the projects introduced under the Naya Pakistan Housing Programme.
